Our vision
The vision of The Helping Hand Foundation is that more children in Bulgaria should grow in a loving environment, embraced the way they are and supported by both their families and society.
Our mission
Our mission is to take part in the struggle against two of the worst problems around the world: poverty and illiteracy.
We support children and families who struggle for survival every day, focusing our efforts on the improvement of the opportunities for education and personal development of the children, so that they will be able to deal with the chellenges of their future life as adults.
We believe that:
- Children – regardless of their ethnos, race, conduct, physical and mental capabilities – are precious and important and they all need love, security and a safe environment to develop their full potential.
- The family is an indispensable unit, therefore families in crisis must receive timely support in order to provide a safe and stable environment for their children.
- Common good is the result of our active participation in the process of helping the weak and the needy.
