National Network for Children (NNC)
Helping Hand Foundation is a member of The National Network for Children since 2010. In 2011Albena Boneva was elected as a member of The Network’s Control Board.
The National Network for Children /NNC / is a Bulgarian non-profit network of leading NPOs, working with children and families.
The Network plan and implement advocacy and lobbying campaigns in order to guarantee the rights of children and improve the well being of Bulgarian families and children. The organization works in active partnership with the NGO sector, businesses, institutions and individuals with the active participation of the children. Expert team develops informed policies about children and family. The Network is actively working on the consolidation of all non-profits, working with children and families, as well as for improving the communication and exchange of experience and good practises.
Association for pedagogical and social assistance for children (APSAC) FICE-Bulgaria
Helping Hand Foundation is a member of the Association since 2005.
Association is a non-governmental umbrella organization, established in 2001. FICE-Bulgaria comprises professionals working in field of child welfare. Its members include 100 juridical and physical persons – Homes for children deprived of parental care, social-pedagogical boarding schools, non-governmental organizations, educators, teachers, social workers, students.
FICE-Bulgaria is a section of FICE-Inter (Federation Internationale des Communautes educatives) FICE-Inter – containing more than 40 national sections - is a non-governmental organization maintaining consultative status with UNESCO, UNICEF, ECOSOC and the Council of Europe.
